Individual
portfolio management
Portfolio management is a suitable product for clients who for any reason prefer a more passive approach and do not wish to make decisions on the final allocation of their assets and changes to them, and who prefer to leave this activity to a manager (portfolio manager).
In the first phase we try to identify the objectives that are to be achieved through managing the client’s funds.
These are essential for determining the appropriate investment strategy. The role of our professionals, who have rich experience and opportunities for developing themselves in the J&T environment, is to achieve and fulfil the commitment set before starting the investment process.
A whole range of varied investment instruments will be used in carrying out the chosen strategy. Currently we have a number of instruments from our own investment and business activities. These are combined with readily available and conventional investment instruments traded on regional and world markets. We manage funds exclusively in investments in which the J&T Group itself is involved, as well as investments in which the group has no involvement. At present the usual practice is a combination of the above procedures (50% J&T approach).

The portfolio manager combines various investment approaches and follows one of the basic strategies of the client’s choice:
- Conservative strategy – low risk, lower potential yield
- Balanced strategy – moderate risk, moderate potential yield
- Dynamic strategy – high risk, high potential yield
