Our main competitive advantage is the ability to arrange a fast evaluation of a proposed project in collaboration with the professional background of the J&T Group. Interest rates are always set individually upon thorough evaluation of each project.
The evaluation of the clients’ assets requires information about their financial situation and the recommendation of one of the Group partners, the executive director of J&T BANKA, or a private banker. We are committed to financing the projects in those markets in which the Group has already gained business experience.

Credit financing product portfolio of J&T Banka:

• PROJECT FINANCING
  Project financing is aimed at providing a client with credit resources while the return of the provided financial means is secured from the income generated by the financed project. Financing may also take the form of a subordinated loan, depending on the client’s needs and mutual agreement.
• OPERATIONAL FINANCING
  The objective of operational financing is to finance the current assets of the companies in order to ensure the continuous running of the company. This largely refers to short-term financing, although the form of medium-term financing is also possible (standard short-term loan, overdraft, or revolving credit).
• BRIDGE FINANCING
  In case of a temporary timing mismatch between revenues and expenses, J&T BANKA is able to offer fast bridge financing to its clients in order to bridge any disproportion that arises.
• PROMISSORY NOTE FINANCING
  For its portfolio, J&T BANKA purchases the promissory notes issued by creditworthy clients and maturing within one year.
• SYNDICATED LOANS
  In case of need, or the interest of the clients, the bank is also able to provide the syndicated financing of large-scale projects in co-operation with the banks operating on the European banking market. J&T BANKA is a member of several consortia providing syndicated financing to the major investment projects.
