Payment cards currently offered:


MasterCard

Charge cards and international embossed debit cards are issued in the following currencies: CZK, EUR, USD, GBP, and CHF. They are valid for up to 3 years. J&T BANKA provides a 50-day interest-free period for charge cards – the monthly instalment corresponding to the total amount of card transactions made by the card, and charged to the debit of the credit line in a calendar month is payable in a single amount always on the 20th day of the following month.

J&T BANKA issues these cards in the following programmes:

  • MasterCard Standard
    Intended only for individuals with the option of additional services.
  • MasterCard Gold
    Exclusive card intended only for individuals. The card includes the special J&T Concierge service, the additional IAPA and PriorityPass services, and the J&T Silver insurance.
  • MasterCard Business Silver
    Intended only for legal entities. The card includes the additional IAPA and PriorityPass services.
  • MasterCard Business Gold
    A prestigious card intended only for legal entities. The card includes the additional IAPA and PriorityPass services, as well as J&T Silver insurance.
  • MasterCard Virtual Card
    This card is intended for Internet transactions.

  • individual setting of spending limits, with the option of charge-free operational changes,
  • high degree of security against misuse thanks to modern chip technology; for Gold and Concierge card holders the bank has replacement cards ready for immediate pickup, express delivery throughout Europe by the next working day, and outside Europe within two working days,
  • emergency issuance of a card or cash withdrawal via the MasterCard Global Service™,
  • temporary or permanent authorisation of Internet transactions,
  • blocking, unblocking, and stop-listing of the card free of charge.

  • Membership in the International Airline Passengers Association (IAPA):

  • Membership in the Priority Pass programme:
    Priority Pass is a global membership programme which enables access to over 600 VIP lounges at more than 320 international airports in over 100 countries, independent of the airline used.

  • J&T travel and accident insurance:
    This insurance is specially designed for J&T BANKA clients in cooperation with MetLife AMCICO insurance. The benefits of the insurance include above-standard insured sums, unlimited number of interventions up to 60 days, global coverage, option of insurance use on holidays and business trips, 24/7 assistance service etc.

    Insurance for payment card holders (maximum insured sum: CZK 1,000,000),
  • J&T GOLD
    Insurance for payment card holders and accompanying family members (maximum insured sum: CZK 6,000,000),
  • J&T PLATINUM
    Insurance for payment card holders and accompanying family members with increased insured sums (maximum insured sum: CZK 10,000,000).

American Express

Prestigious payment cards with deferred payment maturity (up to 60 days). J&T BANKA arranges issuance through American Express.
The cards are issued in USD, EUR and GBP. The cards have no pre-set spending limits, and include a number of additional services.

Individuals:

  • GREEN CARD
    Discounts at selected hotels and selected airlines. Card purchase of travel tickets / flight tickets activates accident travel insurance.
  • GOLD CARD
    Comprehensive, worldwide travel insurance. Free membership in the Membership Rewards programme.
  • PLATINUM CARD
    Access to airport VIP lounges. Comprehensive, worldwide travel insurance for the client and family members. Five additional cards free of charge for family and friends.

Legal entities:

  • GREEN CARD
    The account comes with one main Green Card and one additional Green Business Card. A single account can have any number of additional cards. Option of joining the Membership Rewards programme, first year of membership free of charge.
  • GOLD CARD
    The account comes with one main and five additional Green or Gold Business Cards. A single account can have any number of cards. Discounted travel insurance for the main cardholder and five other additional cardholders. Free membership in the Membership Rewards programme.
